We have in total amongst ourselves been in the business for the last 35 plus years, having held portfolios of supervisory and managerial positions of several companies in charge of their workforce safety well-being and training requirements.
The company was incorporated sometime in 2013. It is setup for the sole purpose to provide accredited safety training to industries under the Ministry Of Manpower, Occupational Safety Department certification scheme and SSG WSG Agency WSQ frameworks.

The organisation’s training capability is built on the extensive experience of its management team and a pool of qualified industry trainers and facilitators.
The company incorporated, is led by experienced professionals including Mr. Rosli Bin Pitchay, Mr. Md Nasser Bin Hamdan, and Mr. S. Govindaraju, who are actively involved in the management and daily operations of the company. Collectively, they bring over 30 years of experience in the engineering, construction, and manufacturing industries, having held supervisory and managerial positions with responsibilities in workforce safety, well-being, and training management.
The training centre is supported by a team of qualified, approved, and accredited trainers/facilitators with relevant industry experience. All trainers are approved by relevant authorities such as MOM, LSP, and SSG, and are competent in delivering safety and operational training programmes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Our trainers have extensive practical experience in roles such as Safety Supervisors, Safety Coordinators, Workplace Safety and Health Officers (WSHO), Environmental Control Officers (ECO), Lifting Supervisors, as well as Forklift and Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) operators and trainers.
They are experienced in delivering both theory and practical training for equipment-related courses, including forklift operations, MEWP (boom lift, scissor lift, vertical platform), and refresher programmes. This ensures that learners gain practical, industry-relevant skills that can be effectively applied in the workplace.
