About the Role
We are seeking experienced WSH Trainers, Facilitators, and Associates to join our growing team. You will deliver WSQ-accredited workplace safety and health courses, conduct practical assessments, and ensure all training meets MOM and WSQ standards. If you have a passion for adult learning and a strong background in occupational safety, we want to hear from you.
Requirements & Qualifications
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)
- Relevant WSH qualifications (e.g. Level B, Level C, or Level D), Fire Safety Manager (FSM), or Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO) certification
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience or specialised subject matter expertise
- Substantial practical experience in high-risk industries such as construction, shipyard, aviation, or oil and gas
- Valid certificates for specialised roles (e.g. Confined Space Assessor, Work-at-Height Supervisor/Assessor, Registered WSH Officer)
- Adherence to the Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers
- Proficiency in adult learning methodologies, strong communication skills, and software literacy
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver WSQ Workforce Skills Qualifications WSH safety courses in compliance with MOM and WSQ standards
- Conduct practical assessments for hazardous work activities (e.g. Confined Space, Work at Height)
- Manage trainee assessment processes in accordance with MOM and WSQ requirements
- Maintain high competency levels for all courses delivered
- Keep training records and documentation up to date
