Course Overview
This course introduces participants to the fundamental elements of material handling. Improper handling of materials is one of the leading causes of workplace injuries, including back injuries, hand injuries, and arm strains. Participants will gain essential knowledge on safe handling techniques and learn how to prevent injuries to themselves and others during daily operations.
